Hi, I am needing to update my payment information but I can't get in my account to do so.  I tried to get in but it wants me to setup a new account when I already have one.  Please help!

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

I have created an account with eversafe, but it now leads me to choose a plan and get a new sim card.  I have been with Public Mobile for 2 years so I don't need a new Sim.

I believe it might be asking you to sign up for Eversafe.


Did it ask you to sign up for eversafe? I don’t know when but a while ago they moved to eversafe so if you haven’t signed in, in while then you are required to make a new account with eversafe. All your payement and everything will still be there you just need to sign up.
