New Sim/Phone number cannot verify text

Hello,

I've activated my public mobile sim and set up a new phone number, subscribed etc. But I'm stuck on the last step which is to verify my phone number with a text msg. It says a text has been sent to my phone but I haven't received anything, tried clicking resend code and have also waited a day and restarted. (I have an android phone).

Would appreciate any help!

I've tried both my desktop and the app and couldn't get the code to my phone, I was able to submit a ticket so hoping someone can help from there. Thank you 

@ISMAT   I think from your pictures you are using the website?  You need to use the Public Mobile app to  finish activating.  You should be able to download it here https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/load-mobile-app 

If you still need to contact customer service can you explain why you can't type a private message, is there something wrong with your keyboard?

 I think that option only works when you're logging in not verifying your phone number? This is what I keep seeing. Resend code doesn't do anything

I'm not able to type out any messages?

You will need to watch your community inbox for a reply, either by the envelope icon top right or click on your avatar and select "Messages".

When you click on resend code there should be a box below that says didn't get this code? This should allow you to resend the code with the options to send via text, phone call or email.

Also wanted to note i cannot receive or make calls/texts
