@Nyah On iPhones and at least on the one Android I had, there is a quick drop down menu/control centre where you can toggle off data without going deeper into the settings each time. Is yours Android or iPhone? I only toggle data on when I'm out and about away from wifi.

HI @Nyah first, as explained above, your data didn't really used during midnight, just that PM posts the usage at that time, it was just the total data used during the previous xx hours
for disabling mobile data, on iPhone, Go to Settings > Cellular, then turn Cellular Data on or off.
For Android, Open your phone's Settings app., Tap Network & internet. Internet.,Next to your carrier, tap Settings , Turn Mobile data on or off.

Thank you for your reply. When you say disable the data when on wifi, is that a setting? Or I’d have to manually do that everytime?

Additionally both android and iOS maintain always on mobile data as a default which can consume some amount of data. The best solution is to disable the mobile data connection when on WiFi to ensure there will be no data consumption.
