Can't make calls

I have the $15 3G plan. My phone shows 3 bars with LTE and when I try making a call the call never starts to ring. Other people who have Telus that are in my same location can make calls. Does public mobile get a weaker signal then Telus?

Resolved! Wrong SMS Phone Number

I ported in my number which is working correctly. But when I ask for my SMS code, I believe it’s sending it to the temp phone number I was given when I was in the porting process.

My ported number is stuck.

I can call and use data texts ext... however I cannot receive calls at all. I was told this was an issue with porting my number VIA a text from public mobile. However I need a moderator to help me and fix this issue for me asap!

New to Public Mobil

I made the switch to public and ported my number over from my previous provider. Under settings, I’ve switch to the Public Mobil E sim.  I'm able to make calls, but I'm not receiving incoming calls or texts.Am I missing something?
