I can't access my voice mail anymore. I recently traveled to Europe and installed a Saily Esim which I have since discarded and returned to Public upon my return to Canada. It says I need to add a number to access my voicemail. I have a Samsung S24+

Here is a list of all currently known Public Moible voicemail access numbers:
You can manually dial any one of those numbers to access your voicemail. You can check if it's possible to edit the number in the Phone app > Tri-Colon in the top-right > Settings > Voicemail >Service Provider. At least in My Samsung Galaxy S21FE I don't appear to be able to edit that...
If not, you could edit one of your other speeddial entries other than "1" to dial one of those numbers.

@JW59 , is the Public Mobile SIM enabled as the default SIM for talk, text and data? Perhaps try a network reset if all else fails.
