Network issues

I live in midtown Toronto (postal code M6B 4C3), Ontario. I have been using Public Mobile since 2023, but since June 2025, I have had almost no network coverage on my phone—usually only 1 bar out of 5. The service is essentially unusable, and I’ve been relying on Wi-Fi calling for most of my communication. Public Mobile’s network is not working at all in my area. What should I do? Should I cancel my public mobile service?

@RencyAntony  That’s strange public mobile using Telus and bell towers so should be the same for everyone on those networks but also public mobile doesn’t have wifi calling  so not sure how your using wifi calling . But you can try changing your voice and data to 4G/LTE and see if that helps at all that or ask support to refresh your account and see if it helps to improve things for you
