Hi, I just bought a Galaxy watch 4 LTE, so I had to retun it as PM does not support direct connect to smart watch. So if you buy it only buy a version to pair to you phone not a sim or LTE or change your provider.

Paying for my plan

I have tried to pay for my plan but it is not accepting my visa Debit card. I called the bank and they said it was on public mobiles end. What can I do now because my phone is not working because of insufficient funds?

Accessing self serve
