I just purchased an LG G8X ThinQ phone and have used my public mobile SIM card in it. The PublicMobile webpage does not include this phone in their list of phones that will work, but it does.
I was looking at Costco.ca but went with an open-box from BestBuy as it came with the second screen for almost the same price. So far the phone is great. A little heavy with the case on it, but the dual screen is nice.
