Resolved! Payment Cycle

Why does my payment cycle get shorter every month?  One month it's due on the 11th, the next month it's due on the 10th.  This month it's due on the 9th.  Pretty soon, I'll be paying for 1 day of service.  Your assistance would be most appreciated.

I've used the same RBC Visa Debit to pay for my service on Autopay for more than 3 years and now all of sudden the funds didn't draw this month.The card is valid and there's sufficient funds in the account, is anyone else having these issues?
