I followed your advice and started a chat with a PM agent. The agent confirmed that my phone is compatible with VoLTE and apparently it will automatically connect to it as long as I have the Network Mode set to LTE/WCDMA/GSM (autoconnect).

Yeah, I checked the IMEI so it should be compatible. I also tried turning my phone off and on, but I still don't see a switch for enabling VoLTE.I'll try starting a chat with a PM agent like you suggested.Thanks for your help! 

Unfortunately, I haven't heard any news about this. I really hope they bring this feature back. It was a useful reminder and a good way of being notified if a payment was late for some reason.
