Can my account be configured online or do I need to go to a store to activate a plan?

Most ppl do it themselves online. There are some benefits to go in store to have it done (free sim card etc) just make sure they do it correctly, especially if you are using a referral code to get your 10 bonus, etc because many times they overlook that or don't do it correctly so they can get a benefit on their end.

you can do both.
I like to go to a store, they will help you and they will give you a free SIM.

If you have a new Public Mobile SIM card, an e-mail address, and a credit card or Visa debit, you can do it yourself online by clicking the Activate button at top of this page.
