I had added a promo code that gave my account 10GB of additional data for 24 months. I did this last month and it showed in my account thececmxtra data even saying it was a 24 month promo. Now it is gone and only shows the data that regularly came with the plan. Any one else have this happen

Actually the account reset 45 minutes ago and that was exactly what happened. It showed as two separate things from the start because they were added separately. Then they became one total when the month ended and the new month started 

@Matthewseitz what suggested above saying the data would got dropped off as it was all used up is not true.  The add-on will still be here when all used up. 

You should check again using browser with incognito mode 

And if it is still not there, you shouldn't wait but ask PM to check

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

You've used up that 10GB of data; it will reappear in your account at the start of the next billing cycle.

My 10gb is showing in my account. Please note that your data is withdrawing from the one time 10gb first before it withdraws from your monthly allotted data. You may have used it up already.
