Log in to your account > Payments > Manage Subscriptions > Turn off the “Subscribed” button

Are you making a manual payment, or are you just adding the card for an automatic payment next time? There’s a difference.

If you haven't managed your account for 18 months, then you probably haven't subscribed to PM's services during that time, right? If your subscription has been inactive for more than 90 days, your account and phone number will be removed.

Why doesn't it exist? When was the last time you logged into your account using this nonexistent email address?
