Reset password but username not found?

I am trying to get into my account to change payment information as it looks like credit card has expired.  I have forgotten my password and when I try to reset the password it states it cannot find my username.  How do I resolve? Regards

Resolved! Outgoing calls not made but showing in data usage.

My usage data shows  many brief calls ( 8 to 34 secs duration) originating from  my number in Alberta to a number in Saskatchewan. In the next column it mentions origin as "All" instead of Alberta. I never call up this number. Why is this happening ?
