Funny one here, got a new card, didn’t change it here. So auto pay didn’t work, so I changed my card to the new one, and now it’s saying on my account, I have no amount to pay. I try to pay manually, and put in amount due, and it says I have enough balance. Which is wrong I’m trying to give you money haha. Just need someone to fix that for me that’s be great

@zachjack DO NOT CHOOSE 'AMOUNT DUE' IT GLITCHES OUT. USE 'OTHER, ENTER THE DESIRED AMOUNT!!!

If you have enough available funds to pay for your plan of choice, then click the "reactivate" option on the self serve page.
If that still doesn't work, wait 1 FULL hour, clear cache and cookies, open an incognito tab, and try again.
If you've tried all that and it still doesn't work - contact a moderator.
To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Does your account say Active or Suspended?

@zachjack Clear cache and cookies and try to add Other amount (your plan cost +1$)
