I changed phone number from Chatr company, but I lost their eSIM code. Right now I only can call, but I can't receive any messages and phone call from others.

I had the similar issue after transferring my phone number from Virgin. The issue was caused due to I did not receive any text message from Virgin to confirm transferring my phone number to PM. I called Virgin Customer Support and they did something in their system. Once they completed their process, I could receive text messages and incoming phone calls. You may need to call your previous provider to have them completing the phone number transfer process on their end. Hopefully this information will be useful!

I did try to restart my phone, but it still doesn't work.

once you've successfully ported your number in to Public Mobile...you old account is automatically deactivated.
added...have you tried rebooting your phone yet...give that a try.
