Porting in number issue

I followed the instructions to port my freedom mobile number into PM, and I did get SMS from freedom mobile and replied YES. But I still can't receive calls dialled to my old number. (Calling out is fine). It's been a day now. I created a ticket, but no response yet. Is there a phone number I can talk to for help?

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call
