Unable to access Customer Support Agents

JordanVA
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Just switched my phone over, and I've been having trouble porting my original number.
I'm receiving calls to my new phone, some messages to my old phone, and some to my new phone. I'm not sure what is going on. When I try to reach out for help, the Chatbot prompts me to log in or says I need to contact a support agent from the community tab using a different log in. Either way, when I try to log on I just get a wheel that loads to nothing and I am unable to ask for help anywhere, but here.  How do I contact someone to help me figure out this strange phone issue I'm having? Help!

if you got the text from your old provider and you reply Yes to approve the port, then it could be that you have not remove your old provider sim card yet, or if old provider has an esim, please disable it

then reboot the phone and Reset network settings

hi @JordanVA

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.

And in case the poring team cannot help and ask you to submit ticket (or you rather submit ticket anyway),  you can submit  ticket by direct message:
          https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:
