Resolved! No Signal, But Plan is activated

I have already paid for the plan but there is no signal on the sim card, this is not a new service I was already using it in the past but now when I try to use the phone it was not working.

Resolved! Receive but not send.

I can make outgoing calls, but all incoming go to voicemail.DND or airplane are not on, no blocked numbers, no call forwards, have reset phone and tried reinserting sim.

Not receiving calls and texts

I paid $40. I gave permission to  my previous provider, Freedom,  to release me to Public. I am not receiving calls or texts, I can only call out and not everyone gets my texts, and my speakerphone has disappeared from my phone!!

I need to know if public mobile supports this frequency GSM 900/1800 or 2G unless those are both 2G already  yes I read the section where it said 4G etc etc however I need confirmation. Is it just 3G and up?
