I purchased the wrong addon but then corrected it with the correct add on to text and call from US but cannot send texts. You took both the 10.00 and 15.00 from my credit.

You will have to contact customer support to remove the accidently purchased add on and credit your account by using the links already supplied or by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen.
To clarify pm did not take the amounts charged to your card. They are not authorized to do this only you are....by confirming and submitting your top up payment and further confirming and submitting your purchase of the add on. Public mobile is only authorized to attempt a one time payment for your outstanding plan payment once per 30 days if you are registered for autopay.

Which two add ons did you exactly purchase? If you purchase add ons which overlap with service (ie. talk and text, text only), sometimes that causes a glitch in the system. You would need customer service agent to remove one of the add ons and then hopefully credit your available balance.

PM may likely credit your Available Balance for use towards future renewal or other services.
I doubt they would credit back the credit card.
