Hi, I have a question regarding my account status.
I suspended my service on May 3, 2025, but I understand that my subscription officially expired on May 29, 2025.
I received a notice that my account will be permanently deleted if it stays on hold for more than 90 days.
Could you please confirm whether the 90-day countdown starts from the suspension date (May 3) or the subscription expiration date (May 29)?
I want to make sure I reactivate it before the final deadline.
Thank you!

if you suspended your plan on May 3 by turning off Subscribed, and if the last day of the cycle date was May 29 (which meant April 29 was the last payment date), then August 27, 2025 would be the deactivation date (90 days AFTER May 29), ie, you need to pay on and before August 26. However, don't come back that late, come back and renew on August 20 or so just in case

you have 89 days to renew your plan after regular plan renewal fails. At day 90, your Public Mobile account is deactivated. You'd need a new sim to start over with a new plan.
