Subscription on hold

hi so my account says my subscription is on hold even though I have auto pay and the money came out last month however it’s telling me that if I don’t renew in the next 90 days, I will lose my phone number obviously I don’t want that to happen, but my subscription is not on hold. Why is it saying that?

if your account is set to renew tonight, it'll show your account as Suspended until renewal process is successful...you should have clear sailing after tomorrow morning.

If it just topped up today, It most likely just hasn't refreshed. I would restart your phone and see if that helps it refresh, If it hasn't disappeared by tomorrow, Submit a ticket just in case.

do you have service now?

if you have service , then it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
