I purchased a 1GB add-on in September and it carried over to October i see that it is still active. How do i deactivate it?

Yeah, I also think the $50 plan is the "sweet spot" for a big data user (with US calling thrown in as a bonus). Pretty sure you'll be happy with it. 🙂

👍An extra 5.5gb for $10 guarantees you won't be needing a $15/1gb data add on again. Don't forget to check out the community again in December to see if pm offers a third annual "more the merrier" campaign of free data and minutes add on gifts.
Or you can come hang out in the community a little more often and maybe you will add a community reward to your list of rewards!😃

I have the next 4 days off and my plan renews on the 12th. I still have 300mb left so i don't care if i go to the store and i can't get onto twitter or any social media. Also i bumped my plan up to 10GB for $50. Seems like a better deal, especially with the $7 or $8 i have for sign-ups and auto-pay, etc.

Well I’ve seen it there since September. I would have thought u had used it up. Thanks for letting me know I would have lost my rewards if I would have renewed early. I am on the 4.5GB for $40? I seen it this morning. And I forget already lol. Anyway I switched to the 10GB for $50. Thanks for the info!

Lol....just use up your current 1gb data add on and see if you can make it last one more day until your data counter resets at midnight eastern on the 11th/12th.
If you renew early you don't get rewards and that's at least $5. So if needed @t_p suggestion of buying another $15/1gb add on is more economical if you really need it.
Are you on the old $50/8.5gb plan? If so you may want to upgrade to the new $50/10.5gb plan. Just schedule a change plan on next renewal to the updated $50 plan. Do it before the 12th or you will have to wait another 30 days for it to change.

To renew early, you need to ask CS:
Open a ticket via:

Type "ticket" > Click "Contact Us" > Select your issue > "Click here to submit a ticket↗"
or send a private message to:

and describe your issue. Include your name,phone #, account #, Email address,4-digit PIN to speed up authentication process.
But for a couple of days, why don't you just buy another add-on to tide you over? Unless you use lots more than 1 GB .

Hey, while i have you, do you know if there is a way to start your plan early? My data is going to run out before the 12th, which is when my payment is due. I put $50 in my account and tried to activate, but it said something like "there is enough money in your account for your next billing period. Thanks

No, add-ons won't renew automatically, so don't worry about being charged extra. 🙂

The unused add-ons data will keep carrying over until completely consumed.
Why would you want to deactivate it?
