Intermittent issue with texts not being delivered in a timely fashion, long delay sometimes and also calls not connecting sometimes?

I am on a 30 day auto pay plan. However I noticed a 90 day plan option, but cannot find it?

Had to do a factory reset and no longer have Public Mobile APN. ONLY TELUS and KOODO!There is no way to add another APN manually. Android 8.1. Before update adding or modifying the APN was possible. Help pls.

Cannot send or receive MMS on my ASUS ZenFone 4 max, everything else works great.. Anyone know the "correct" settings for this phone?

Actually, the phone is the ZC554KL model, sold in Canada....:

Problem solved...http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc was the correct setting.... had wrong setting here.
