phone call connection time

Why does it take up to 60 seconds for my phone call to be connected and for it to ring? Anything I can do to improve this or Public Mobile? If not I will switch back to Rogers.As well quire often the person I called cannot hear me.

Resolved! Sim card ordered but i did not purchase

I got an email saying I ordered a bonus and triple punch SIM but I did not. Did anyone else have this problem? How do I resolve this as I know refunds are not available for SIM cards. I did just win a reward and the email followed after that.
