can't find profile to swap SIM card

just bought a new SIM card my old one in damaged

Can you sign into your account?

Once signed into your account click on 

Overview,  on main page 

Profile

SIM CARD click the pencil 

Enter new

Enter new again 

Save changes.

@iryna11 can you login My Account?? 

If not, try using Forgot login and Forgot password.  If still unable to login, you can ask support to help the login problem as well as updating the sim card number for you:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
