New plan on renewal

Durin boxing day sales I upgraded my plan to the $34/mth for 40gb.  Currently i have $34 for 20gb.

My next renewal date is Dec. 21.  It used to say on my account that it was changing as of the renewal date. I am not seeing this message anymore. 

Is it still changing as of my renewal date?  How can i find out?

please login My Account using Incognito mode and click Change Subscription. You should see a scheduled plan showing there.  If not, there could be an issue, you might want to engage support to check the system

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
