I have switched my plan to a Canada-US plan, ahead of a trip to the states.
The fine print said:
"⁺⁺Whether in Canada or the US, this plan includes unlimited calling, text, picture and video and messaging to phone numbers within and between Canada and the US. Data can be used in both Canada and the US."
Now I'm in the States, and I have no data and cannot make phone calls!
Did I miss interpreted anything? Do I still need to buy an add-on on top of having the Canada-US wide plan, which I got specifically for this reason?

@Nicoleta123 for voice it’s important that your phone /account is enabled for voLTE if not you will need to make sure your connected to T mobile and set phone to 2G for voice . If it is enabled it’s best to leave phone set to LTE and try both AT&T or T mobile @Nicoleta123

Thank you! The changing the network type from 5G to LTE did the trick, at least for the data!

@Nicoleta123 Make sure you have data roaming turned on in phone settings and that your connected to T mobile or AT&T and set phone to LTE and see f that helps
