Phone not working in Mexico

Hello, 

the plan said it would work in Mexico, and it was working and then it stopped working. 

how do I speak with customer service

I'm currently in Mx and my talk/text/data is working as expected. My cell usually connects to AT&T, but could connect to Telcel or Movistar as well. Try moving around to a different location maybe. Try rebooting see if that helps.

added...what feature isn't working for you ? Talk/text or data...or all of 'em not working ?

it is just a local network problem.  Change the network mode to 4G or LTE

then manually select AT&T and Telcel.  One of the two should work
