Issue with number transfer

Hi there,

 

I've tried submitting a support ticket multiple times now and keep getting an error message even with all of the required iunfo seemingly submitted. 

 

I Just signed up with you folks and the number transfer never worked. I restarted my phone multiple times and waited over 24 hours but the new esim only ever had the temp number.

I got a message from Virgin, my old provider, indicating a number transfer had been received. I also got a message from Public Mobile that asked me to say YES to confirm, and I did this.

I deleted the esim thinking I could download it again, but I guess I need a new one now.

Not sure what to do here and I've been out a phone for a couple days now. Pretty frustrating.

ok, I'll give this another shot. I keep getting error messages when I try to submit the ticket though.

from what you said, it is not a porting problem but a program with account or sim setup.  You need to work with PM support.  Unfortunately , there is no number to call for live support, you need to submit ticket

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
