I recently canceled my plan with Telus, and decided to go with public mobile. I had everything in order and it all worked, but I didn't see the text that I was supposed to reply ''yes'' to in time and now I can't get a hold of anyone that's able to help me. I just need the confirmation text resent and I should be set.

did you cancel your plan with Telus already?
you are not supposed to cancel the plan of the original carrier if you need to port out the number
luckily it is from Telus, the owner for Public Mobile. There is a chance Public Mobile porting team can do something to help
