Hello pls help I'm currently on the 34$ 20gig plan. How do I upgrade to the 34$ 40gig 5g

i signed up for this offer during boxing week but now it is not showing on my account.  It was not a new activation

Honestly that's to much I just want the Best value for money I'll port to another provider if public cant give me the 40gig for 34$ the way I see it new customer shouldn't even have to jump hoops to get the 40gig if they recently activate 20gig ..

if you activated with a new number, not an old number ported into PM, and willing to give up the new number, you can buy a new sim and activated a  new account

I'm basically new to this just got the plan less then 2 weeks ago.. coming from Rogers if I can't get the 40gig for 34$ I'll be forced to switch provider that offer it

sorry, you cannot.  It said on the plan page it is for "New Activation only".  

Hang on to it, maybe it will come for us on Boxing day
