Hello everyone,
I logged onto my account to review my usage so far this month and noticed that although my plan offered unlimited texting, it appears as though there is a certain number of text remaining for the rest of my billing cycle.
Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else before?

yes, some posted this problem. Just a glitch, you an ignore
I think for many who are getting unlimited text, that line about text will be gone completely (like mine), but some who still see that line will see negative values like yours. Just ignore
