Can’t call the US

Why can’t I call US numbers from my phone? It says I’m out of minutes. I don’t want to pay for a regular add on. I rarely call the US, but I need to be able to do it on those occasions.

Unregistered sim

I can't seem to link my phone number with my email.  I may have setup two eversafe id's. one with my email and one with my phone number.  How do I fix this.  I need to update my credit card info quickly before expiration.  Can't seem to. Help!

Log in issues with public mobile site

Anyone else not able to log into the site? It let me to update and pay for my renewal but of course and since then I can't access it at all. Can't sign in from the app or any browsers! I even restarted my phone twice. Any help would be great.
