They were backed up from black friday. An agent got back to me just a little while ago about a half hour after I sent a message. Try replying to your last message sent to them.
I buy pm vouchers and add them by calling 611 on my phone or by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC and entering my phone number. It automatically reactivates my service if i'm suspended.
