There were a few weird outgoing call 1-902-580-4001 showing in my usage history on Jan 1 2024 in the Public Mobile App. I never know what this number is and I checked my phone call history there wasn’t any call I made to that number. How could that happen? Thank you!

scam calls are being called every month, some of them claimed they are from banks, credit card companies. asked cs_support, it seems nothin can be done on the phone carrier's side. but to report the scammers to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre

That phone number is the voicemail number

@Rebecca92 No worries not a scam this is number PM uses for when your call your voicemail or someone else calls you and gets voicemail . Even though it’s counted I the mins it won’t count against your out going mins unless you called your voicemail yourself from PM phone but you can confirm with support
