Hello! I ordered a SIM card and $24 prepaid subscription online, but I ended up deciding to go with another company. Does anyone know what I can do with the card and subscription? I would like to get a refund if possible, or barring that, to pass on the SIM and/or subscription credit to someone else so it is not just wasted money. Anyone know if this sort of transfer is possible?

Ultimately, if you can’t get a refund. Contact your CC company and ask to reverse the charges but be warned that you maybe blacklisted from any Telus or Koodo service in Canada.
A customer changinng mind is not a valid reason to do a credit card payment reversal and would actually be against the terms of the card issuer. It may even be considered fraud and should not be encouraged.

Public Mobile will likely refund you the cost, but more importantly you'll want to ensure your credit card is not associated with the account otherwise it will be charged every 30 days on renewal.
If you can log into the self-serve account, change the subscription status so that does not occur.
Alternatively, if there's someone interested in taking over the service, simply give them the SIM card when it arrives and the login particulars and they can assign their own email address and credit card to the file and it will become their account.
