CANNOT CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

I cancelled my subscription on the self serve login, but the next month they continue to bill me, and it's back on subscribed. I cannot get in touch with any support at all. Thinking of filing a complain to the Consumer Protection Bureau. Any advice?

HOW did you cancel your subscription??? As I know there is NO 'cancel' option on My Account.

What you can do is declare phone lost/stolen and in 90+ days on no pay your account will be deleted due to no pay.

@WL096032  Please submit ticket with support to investigate . Some have reported this happening after turning auto subscribe off . But if you have credit in available funds on the account it will try and take those funds and renew

@WL096032 you sure you set subscribed to disable?

You can try to discuss with PM support and see if they can help, although chance is slim:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

To get hold of the service-agent please click on the following link and send them a direct message; https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

They will be able to help you with cancelling the subscription for sure. Furthermore, you can go to the payments section to pause the subscription so that it won't charge you until you contact and cancel this fully. Notice the "subscribed" toggle there.
