first check if the eSIM already installed on the phone, if you find a Public Mobile eSIM there, enable it
if not, check if you get a PM Welcome email, there is a QR code there, you can manually install the eSIM
if nothing and no esim installed, ask CS agent for help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
