4-year-old Public Mobile client did 1 month plan upgrade, and then rolled back to former plan, but i am charged as new client. why?

At 4 years old, I can understand now why he could figure out to change his plan and not see to either Change Plan Now OR Change on Renewal.   🤔

@olivier8zh  So you did immediate plan change and not on. Renewal  ? If so this could be why . Please submit ticket with support to investigate
