I bought 2 public sim cards on 25th of Nov.I didn't get my sims so far after more than a month furthermore for one of them the amount was deducted twice from my visa card. But not returned to my account so far.

Why should I pay ten dollars for each of my purchases just bcz of your problem??? Your online service is a joke.

Help me either cancel my purchase or help me using it.

@Fatem  note that even thou you have been charged up from the plan won’t start untill you actually activate the sim on the app not website

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
