I purchased a $40 voucher today and was not successful in applying the voucher. I tried to log onto my account and was advised to subscribe to a new plan. My balance was showing $46.00 which I tried to apply towards the new subscribed plan and that still didn't work. I tried again to change the plan and was asked to apply payment again.
I did that too!!! So now I'm out $46.00 - I need this to be credited back to my account.
Ridiculous - support via these channels is frustrating, I've wasted 2 hours on this now.

you already used your voucher on the other account? from what I know, you cannot use voucher to activate new account
yes, it is account problem and Community cannot help, you need PM to check. You won't be able to open chatbot ticket as you cannot login your account, but you can message them. Use the message link:

My funds in My Account was $46.00 which would have covered my balance of my old plan, but because I had to subscribe to a new plan, it took my $46 balance (new plan total was over $50) at which point I changed the subscribed plan and had to pay again - I don't expect the community to be able to help me. Can I get a customer service agent to reply please.

can you login to your My Account or it has an error asking you to Reactivate new account? if you got that error, it just means the login cannot find your account
since you have voucher problem, i think it is quicker to just ask support agent to help you with both the problem. Please message them here

Provide them your phone number as well as the email you used to login My Account and they can sort it out

a $40 voucher will only shows $40 on My Account and cannot pay a $46 bill
if you have a $46 balance, you need a $46 voucher (tax will be added on top at the shop)
and where you got the vouchers? some store voucher systems need 24 hours to activate the voucher, ie, you cannot load until after 24 hours
you can also try calling *611 to load the voucher
