I used my points which summed up to $15 and paid the rest with my card which was supposed to be $16 but I got charged 39 dollars please how I do I get my money back?

Did you confirm that you are redeeming the 15 points?
When did you redeem the points?
Before or after your renewal date?

The $15 credit is always applied to your next month bill if you redeemed it after your renewal date.

Login to your account and go to the Payment tab>Payment History.

It will show The $15 credit as Rewards:Bill Credit…which will be applied to next month bill.

the $39 could be just how money were used.  There could be another line on Payment history couple hours earlier that how a $16 charge from credit card

or login to My Account, go to Payment history and share a screenshot of the transactions since last renewal

@Vin001  maybe you made the changes on the renwal date so it was too late for the system to make the adjustment?

If you now have a credit on your account due to you making the manul payment and using points to pay the difference,  your auto pay amount  $39 will remain on your account and available funds for next renewal. That will be used first.

Since it will remain,  no need to request it back. Also it might take awhile for them to credit you back. But if you don't want to wait, contact PM and ask.
