Changed plans but data wasn't increased?

Hello , I changed my plan last month from 4 gigs to 10 gigs and the new website isn't showing the increase in data even though I paid for the increase. I am now almost out of data when I should actually have plenty left. Thanks.

Anyone else having problems with the new website?  I was trying to see my data usage and put on a filter for data and last 90 days.  It only shows the past seven days and nothing else. Also I am finding that I can't even look at the site on my phone....
