I am unable to edit my Account Information, specifically my Address - always Invalid Address (it isn't); nor am I able to add an Alternate Phone Number.
When asking the ChatBot it tells me about Telus data speeds, and gets trapped there in a loop.

Wiped all cache history (hadnt' done so in a while) in Chrome/Linux, did not go incognito; was able to update address.
But also can't use full address descriptors like Court, or Circle, etc. need to use the post office abbreviations like Crt and Cir.

I tried FireFox under Linux, then Chrome under Linux, still no go.

Try using chrome browser. Clear your browser cache and go incognito.
