received a koodo message almost instantly when submitting the request to port.

Koodo Message: There was an issue transferring your phone number to Koodo. Please resubmit the correct account number from your previous provider or your device information  (IMEI) at koodo.com/changenumber  to complete your transfer.
If you're a prepaid customer, please visit koodo.com/chat  for assistance.
