iPhone 15 not receiving SMS from Android phones

Brought an iPhone couple weeks ago, recently I am it is able to send/receive SMS to other iPhone users. However, it is able to receive SMS from Android users.   Brought the new iPhone to Apple Store and used the same SIM card with another new iPhone, problem stay the same.   Any ideas?

Since you're able to receive messages from other iPhone users, please note that isn't SMS (but rather an iMessage service).  To receive SMS, please ensure that the SMS option slider is enabled in the settings.

It could be a possible provisional issue with the SIM. 
Contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for the agent to investigate the issue.
