My phone doesn’t receive texts in Korea

Hello, I have a trouble with receiving text messages. When I’m in Korea, it isn’t able to get texts from Canada like OTP text messages. My plan has international text option, my phone is iPhone, and I don’t know what to do. Please let me know if you have any solutions about this. Thank you.

PM does not have any service outside of Canada and US (even in US, you need roaming add-on, or Candaa-US plan)

so, no service in Korea at all and it is normal you didn't receive the OTP
