Hi.. I recently bought a new phone and I am unable to use my Randolph Brooks Federal Credit union mobile app on new phone. Never problem on old phone. Went from Samsung galaxy a13 5g to a14 5g. I try and login app on phone or website, and then app tries to send me verification text and phone blocks the text message. I called bank and they can see activity and that public mobile/ telus network won't allow or is blocking text message back to verify my account. They said to reach out to my service provider. Any help much appreciated.. thank you..

did you setup the app on your old phone when you were in US?
Please note that international shortcode text, like 2FA text from US banks, are not guaranteed., it is a hit or miss. Regular international text are ok but not shortcodes. It might work on some providers sometime and experience show it will broke sometime

So, it is better to check with your overseas bank and see if you can receive the 2FA using other ways, such as email or authenticator app
