Resolved! How to remove my card

Hi. I am leaving the country so I need to cancel my plans. I googled how to cancel my plan and the answers were just remove the card info from payment setting, which is impossible right now.Is unsubscribing the only option to cancel the phone plan?

Resolved! I can't login because phone is lost
